The Facilities and Warehouse Supervisor reports directly to the Construction Manager and plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the construction warehouse and adjacent property. This position ensures seamless coordination of inventory management, tool and equipment readiness, vehicle fleet scheduling and maintenance, and site upkeep to support uninterrupted construction workflows. By managing scheduling, logistics, and repair programs, this Supervisor helps maintain a safe, organized, and efficient environment that minimizes delays and maximizes productivity across all phases of the building process.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the construction warehouse and adjacent property.
  • Manage maintenance and scheduling programs for inventory, tools, equipment and vehicle fleet. 
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate logistics, repairs, and upkeep to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

What You’ll Experience

  • You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting uninterrupted construction workflows by managing scheduling and logistics of building materials, equipment, tools, and home appliances. 
  • You will be key to developing vehicle, equipment, tool, repair and maintenance programs to strive for optimal performance while minimizing repairs and downtime. 
  • This position requires balancing property maintenance, fleet management, inventory control, and safety compliance to keep projects on track and minimize delays.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 3–5 years in property maintenance or warehouse management preferred.
  • Education & Knowledge: High school diploma or GED (required); Knowledge of property maintenance tools and procedures.
  • Ability to operate trucks, bobcats, and mowers; minor vehicle maintenance experience.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office required; Builder Trend preferred).
  • Working knowledge of OSHA standards.
  • Valid driver’s license with excellent driving record; CDL a plus.
  • Physical ability to lift/move 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions.
