POSITION SUMMARY:
Manages key projects to include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget, and within scope. Responsible for planning, budgeting, monitoring, closing, and reporting on the project. Prepares reports and information for upper management on the status of the project.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Manage and prioritize the project stream to ensure completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope utilizing effective project management practices.
- Assess budgets, resource allocation and coordination of project activities that may be across functional areas within the organization.
- Assist in the definition of the project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, facilitate daily stand up meetings, project demonstrations and other project related meetings.
- Coordinate, collaborate and facilitate delivery of project objectives.
- Identify project risks and issues, identify solutions and resources to resolve or minimize.
- Responsible for project documentation through the duration of the project including scheduling and sequencing activities.
- Responsible for communication and collaboration with Director of Project Management office.
- Responsible for communicating to sponsors with accurate and timely information to allow for timely decisions.
- Responsible for thoroughly understanding, communicating, and managing the project objectives and communications to stakeholders and appropriate team members.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT.
- Provide team leadership to keep the team motivated, focused and meeting milestones on time.
- Work collaboratively across all plants and all levels of the organization to meet business objectives.
- Ability to work and interact well with others, including vendors/suppliers.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelorâ??s degree in Computer Science, Business or related technical area. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management roles and responsibilities. Minimum of 3 years of experience with agile methods (SCRUM, SAFe, Kanban). Minimum of 3 years of experience with: JIRA/Confluence, and project planning software such as MS project

- Ability to navigate in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to navigate stairs.
