Operating Room (OR) RN - Travel Assignment Summary Location: Insert Facility Name Department: OR Radius Rule: Must live 50+ miles from the facility Not eligible if currently employed (FT, PT, PRN) at CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity Health Driver's license required at submission for mileage verification Shift & Call Requirements: Regular Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Call Requirements: 1-2 weeknights/week Every 3rd weekend Rotating holiday coverage (facility observes 6 CHI holidays) Call Response Time: Within 20 minutes (ASAP response preferred) Scheduling Type: Block scheduling Orientation: 1-2 weeks based on case load Buddy call training varies by surgical case volume and RN comfort level
