Averitt is hiring CDL-A drivers immediately for our dedicated Cracker Barrel account. Average $1,600 per week / $83,200 per year
Starting pay: 60 cpm
Average 2,500 miles per week

Additional Earnings:

Stop pay: $25 per stop (average 4 stops per week)

Work Schedule:

Home weekly: Sunday-Friday
Day shift, working average 55-65 hours per week
Schedule will vary depending on assignment
- First leg will be assigned the Friday before
- Second leg plan is typically assigned the Monday of the current week

Job Details:

Multi-purpose role within the Cracker Barrel Fleet
Will handle a wide range of duties including shuttles between Averitt service centers, non-contract business and will be utilized by other dedicated sites
Drive a sleeper cab
100% no-touch freight!

Job Requirements:

Class A CDL required
Adaptability: Must be comfortable working with different types of freight and customers
Flexibility: Occasionally assist with other Averitt operations to keep you on the road and working

Must live within a 100-mile radius
Must have 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
Must be 21 years of age or older
Drivers must have Class A CDL
No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years
No convictions for DUI within the past 5 years
No suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years
No serious violations within the previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with fatality)
No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years
